ASSET REQUIREMENTS:

  • Stabilized Occupancy
  • $10,000,000 - $100,000,000 transaction size
  • Properties delivered free & clear of existing debt
  • Will consider individual properties or portfolios
  • Joint venture and development deals considered
  • Low Risk

MULTI-FAMILY:

  • Age: Up to 15 years old
  • Asset Quality: B or better
  • Location: B+ or better; strong markets and submarkets.

RETAIL:

  • Asset Quality: B+ or better
  • Location: B or better. In-fill locations with strong demographics
  • Tenancy: Grocery or Credit Anchored tenants with long-term NNN leases, No Single Tenant

OFFICE:

  • Asset Quality: B+ or better
  • Location Quality: B+ or better
  • Tenancy: Multi-Tenants, no Single-Tenants
