2. You will need to provide the following items along with your application, if applicable.
- Your two most recent paycheck stubs
- Your W-2s for the last two years
- All pages of your bank statements for the last three months
- Any brokerage statements for the last three months
- A photocopy of your valid drivers license
3. In addition to the above documents required for every loan application, review the Document Checklist below, and provide all documents that apply to your situation:

| Income from child support or been divorced | Recorded copy of divorce decree plus payment history for twelve months |
| Declared bankruptcy | Copy of petition and final Discharge of Bankruptcy, plus letter of explanation |
