The Down Payment Assistance Program is designed to work with FHA and many other loan programs to close more homes for more people! It is fast, easy to use and flexible enough to be compatible with most types of loans.

Gifts are NOT restricted to first time home buyers and there's no unnecessary underwriting or income restrictions. The Buyers Assistance Program helps provide new potential homebuyers with the cash at closing for these critical expenses--cash that they do not have to repay.

Gift funds are available up to $50,000 and based on the final sale prices of the homes and the needs of the buyers. The program funds are free monies offered to homebuyers, requiring no repayments, no income limitations, no silent second mortgages, no recapture penalties, and no geographical restrictions in the U.S. The funds are offered towards the purchase of a home when a seller is willing to participate in the program.

The purchaser applies for a Down Payment Assistance Program grant of gift funds through a lender for needed up-front funds to purchase a home.
